At the heart of Alpha Max Consulting is Dr. Naison Mazana — a Professional Engineer and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a diverse academic background and decades of cross-industry experience. Holding qualifications in engineering, business, law, and advanced control systems, Dr. Mazana has held leadership and advisory roles in sectors including mining, petrochemicals, nuclear technology, fertilizer production, and academia.
Under his leadership, our consulting team combines technical excellence with strategic insight to help clients solve complex operational challenges. Dr. Mazana’s global experience across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe allows us to bring a world-class perspective to local solutions.
